Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you request an insurance quote on this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we collect

We do not ask for your Social Security number, driver's license number, date of birth, or payment information on this website.
How we use it
- To prepare and give you the insurance quote you asked for.
- To contact you about your request. If you checked the consent box, a licensed agent or someone acting for RIA Management LLC may call or text the number you gave, as the consent wording describes. If you did not check it, we reply by email only and do not call or text you.
- To keep a record that you gave consent, as the law requires.
- To measure which of our ads lead to quote requests, so we spend our advertising budget well.
- To keep the form free of spam and automated abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us answer your request, and only for that purpose:
- Allstate, so an agent can quote and write your policy.
- Our call and lead management systems (Ricochet360 and Allstate Lead Manager), which our staff use to call you back and track your request.
- Google, which hosts our records (Google Workspace) and runs our ads. When you submit the form or tap our phone number, our page tells Google Ads that a quote request or call came from an ad click. It does not send Google your name, phone number or email.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and runs the "verify you are human" check.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies and similar tools
This page uses the Google Ads tag, which may set cookies to tell us whether a visit from an ad led to a quote request, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form submission comes from a person. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the form still works.
How long we keep it
We keep your consent record (the wording you saw, the time, your phone number and the technical details above) for at least four years, because the law allows claims about calls and texts to be brought for that long. We keep the rest of your request for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and Allstate record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
- Stop calls and texts at any time. Reply STOP to any text, tell the person who calls you, or contact us below. We add your number to our do-not-contact list the same day.
- Stop emails by replying "unsubscribe" or contacting us.
- Your consent to calls and texts is never a condition of buying anything.
- You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us below.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
